In the Settings menu area of the CENTAURI DMD App, you will see an option to enable or disable "Remote Access."
When remote access is enabled, authorised individuals from Transcelestial can log in and access the device remotely, via a secure, encrypted VPN.
Remote access is disabled by default. Remote access is most often needed when the need for advanced technical support and troubleshooting arises.
Disabling remote access does not affect device logging and monitoring services.
